The prize draw is open to residents of the UK & Ireland and all travellers must be in possession of a valid British passport or current and valid visa or ESTA for entering the USA, except employees of Everest, Alabama Tourism, America As You Like It, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition. 2. The competition runs from 1st June 2018 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 on 29th June 2018.
3. By entering our competition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. We need a valid email address in order to contact the winner and only fully completed entries will be valid.
5. We may from time to time transfer personal data to countries outside of the EEA, but the transfer will only take place if the transfer is necessary for the competition and only to countries that the European Commission has determined ensures adequate level of protection for personal data.
6. Qualifying customers will be entered into our prize draw, which will be drawn at random, once the competition has ended.
7. No responsibility will be accepted by Everest for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
8. Only one entry per household, the winner or their guest must be 25 or over and have a full driving licence to take the car hire element as well as a credit card in the lead driver’s name.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
10. The holiday prize for 2 people comprises: a. 2 x economy return flights from the UK to Atlanta b. Intermediate size car rental from Atlanta for 7 nights with All Inclusive car insurance c. 7 nights hotel accommodation in 3* or above on a room only basis on two adults sharing a twin/double room
11. The prize (flights and hotel) is subject to availability and the trip must be booked by 15th September 2018 for travel before 30th June 2019. Travel cannot take place during school holidays including between 16 July – 5 Sept 2018; 16-27 October 2018; 18 December 2018 – 5 January 2019; 12-23 February 2019; 26 March – 13 April 2019 and 28 May – 1 June 2019.
12. Once the air tickets are booked, no name or date changes are possible.
13. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize
15. The prize excludes: a. Any form of travel or medical insurance b. Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc c. Any personal expenses and spending money d. UK transfers e. Petrol costs
16. The lucky winner will be notified as soon as possible, by email.
17. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility.
18. If the winner does not respond to us within 7 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited and we will select another winner at random.
19. The prize is non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash or other prizes, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
20. The prize will be managed by Everest and will be subject to their terms & conditions, if any.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Everest or Alabama Tourism reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
22. By entering our draw, you will be given the option to opt in to receive marketing communication from Everest, Alabama Tourism and America As You Like It whom will not market to you without obtaining your express permission.
23. We will not pass your details to any third party without obtaining your express permission.
24. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
25. We will not post the winning address publicly but we may use your first name and the name of the area, for advertising purposes.
