Loan application after moving house
Just moved house. Want to apply for an egg loan to consolidate/adjust timeframe of repaying current c/c debts of £7k. Have had one in the past (£5k) , which I repaid early.
I am also an egg cardholder, and use it frequently, paying it fully off now and again.
Have not sent off the electoral roll form to the council yet. Do I need to wait until this form has been processed and credit files updated before I apply? If I told them before applying that I could provide proof of my new address (I am a homeowner), would it make a difference?
Just don't want to be turned down - my credit history is sound, and don't want a rejected application on it. (Plus I'd like to get the loan!)
Advice please!
