It is hard to get a job now where I am But I joined over ten years ago and am permanent so they can't get rid of me even if they want to

How come boss not back this week? Is she taking her annual leaves? We had to take our annual leaves during x'mas period part of construction federation.
29 days annual leave in a year inc. public holidays.

So I take it you are sitting down skipping & mse's what a waste of production time and utilities - you are so... un-eco friendly:p

We don't have to take annual leave at Xmas. So we get all the Xmas holidays and annual leave as well:D

She is taking a few extra days off so she will have been off for 3 weeks but just used 5 days of annual leave
