found my 1st DTD in ages (saw info on elite)
oral b electric toothbrush SEL £22 (out of date sell)
scanned £44.99
was unsure whether to bother at first as on CS were 2 not always so helpful staff but braved it and they gave DTD without me needing to ask
so watch out for out of date sells on electric toothbrushes , mostly oral b ones i think
old SEL say half price but expired 26/12
now remember those karcher things (scanned £1.90)
well none to be found in my T's at the time
and what did i find today on reduced shelf
thats right a flippin karcher yellow SEL £40 though
was naughty and peeled it off to scan original barcode just to see and it scanned at full price, oh well.
Well done on your DTD. Will have to keep my eyes peeled in my T's.
Hope everyone's had a lovely Christmas.0 -

Very quiet this year too. Just my daughter and me. We usually go to Norfolk to visit my family at Christmas, but allsorts of things cropped up to stop us, not least how expensive the train fare is now I can no longer use the family rail card.
We're hoping to go soon though as my niece is expecting a baby in February.
I haven't been to the supermarket since Christmas eve either.0 -

Have you got a Red Spotted Hanky Account? Worth opening one if not for when the next lot of codes come around. They seem to be some every couple of months. I'm glad it isn't just me who is lazy/cannot be bothered with shopping, although the cheap christmas stuff in Asda looks appealing, but then I am thinking "do I really need more biscuits etc when I have a load".Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

did my Christmas shopping online this year used quidco saved a fortune to the high street prices the wife did the same albeit failed to use quidco. I have found the sales online and in the high street not as good as my pre Christmas purchases. Examples are the wife bought me a £59 per of jog bottoms from the hut online delivered for £6.78 same jog bottoms after xmas £11 go figure.0

Just a reminder - if anyone still has credit on redspottedhanky, check the expiry dates, as the "student" code expires on 31 December.
I have just used up mine buying tickets for the New Year.0 -

Thanks redagila, that's why me and AH are going to the seaside. She has some which needed using up. I felt sorry for her hubby and suggested the seaside instead of shopping/meadowhallBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I have got a Red spotted hanky account. I've set one up for my daughter as well now.
I used some of my free vouchers to take daughter to Meadowhall before Christmas. One was running out end of December and the other end of March.
As for shopping, the weather has been awful, and I don't drive so I have to budget in the cost of bus fares too.
Think I'll just walk round to the co op or Aldi if the rain eases off a bit. The only thing I really need desperately is milk, and at a push I can drink daughter's lactofree milk in my tea. I always make sure I have that in.0 -

install the quidco app on your toolbar, it will automatically come up if you are on a site that does cashback through quidco.
don't forget if it does, it is worth check topcashback too. and if Topcashback is not offering the same as quidco, go through TCB and submit a claim for higher cashback through quidco which they usually honour.0
