What are you planning for tomorrow/Christmas day snowdrop? Is anyone else gonna go shopping at midnight or is Blue the only one who wants a non shopping day (cept for M&S at 3pm for xmas dinner food of course:D).

Been working today, just got home via Mr T. Got my best ever woopsies. Got a bag of veg/salad stuff for 77p and wombled a wet receipt too. :j:jWill check it out when dried.
Got DS home for a week, he arrived Saturday, going to collect mum this evening as she is coming to stay for a few days. Not sure how long yet, will see how she feels, although suspect, she will want to get home after 2 or 3 days. She does like her own environment and knows where everything is.

What about you? What are your plans?

Its because I was mistreated as a child.......mum didn't let us watch tv :):) was brought up in a really creative family knitting cross stitch card making fimo you name it, my mum still does it now she made the crystal snowflakes for our tree with the kids and she makes fimo bead jewellery with dd1. It's lovely coz we will keep these in the kids keepsake boxes.

OMG decided to go woopsie shopping.

My asda was closing at 6.00 oclock and went at 2.00 oclock. If I hadn't gone then I would have missed all the reduced stuff, as it was I probably missed loads as it was well under way when I got there.

Got fresh fish from the fish counter, cod, haddock, salmon, all reduced to .50p.
All bread, barms, cakes, cream cakes, doughnuts, biscuits, scones, crusty bread, pancakes etc, all 10p each.

All salad stuffs were 10p each as well.

Fresh Turkeys were just half price and no further reductions as we hung around but they all sold and non left at all.

Then we went to tesco at 4.00 oclock and they hadn't bothered to do much in the way of reductions. I know they were shutting at 7.00 oclock but all the meat, salad, etc was normal price. They had reduced about 6 fresh turkeys to half price, that was it.

Btw Asda was heaving, Tesco was really quiet.

Oh well, going to cook some woopsies for tea, a lovely steak pie, 20p, with ready cut fresh chips, 20p and ready prepared carrots 10p. So tea for 3 - cost .50p. Followed by a pack of cream cakes for 10p. lol
