They refused to give me a gift card. They said only exchange :(:(

Eventually I got a gift card but won't be going back there to take anything back in a hurry. I wish I had got the gift receipt for it, might do that if I buy anything from there tomorrow, cos then you don't need the original receipt, but no idea what they give you, a gift card I assume, but I would be happy with that. Did you take it back to a diff store instead?

I asked about gift receipt. They said they wont give gift receipt where APGs and coupons have been used

Yes I took to different store and they put it on a gift card straightaway
