Happy birthday CM and morning everyone (another miserable damp, foggy morning here again - boo)If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Morning all
Damp and foggy and grotty here today I want that lovely sunshine back from beginning of the week.
Plans for today get lounge cleaned up sort out few thing to put on eBay at weekend for free listing then this Arvo is Mother's Day assembly at school (ds very excited abt this they have been practicing something for days now)
No birthday celebrations as such as OH not very good at that kind of thing he left me a card this morning tho and I have my cake for later (it's Victoria sponge with buttercream and black currant jam under there). But that will probably be all no one even said happy birthday to me yet as the kids don't know it's today OH at work and famil to involved in other stuff but I don't mind I'm too old for a fuss now.
Right school run time

Anyone got any suggestions as to what I can do with some self raising flour. Noticed the date on it was end Feb so want to use it. So cross with myself as it must have got pushed to back of cupboard and out of rotation.:eek:
Made some biscuit dough yesterday to go in the freezer but still got flour left.
Is there anything I can make to pop in the freezer (other than cake as already got some in there). Any ideas really appreciated.0 -

Completely away from cooking and a bit out there, if can't find anymore use for it why not keep it for the Easter Hols and a bit of messy fun with the kids where you burry sweets and things in the flour and they have to root around with their mouths etc as hands have to be kept behind their backs to find them in the flour a bit of hilarius fun especially when they see each others faces I know the very young ones won't be able to do this thou. Then there is good old paper mache0 -
Ooops been drivelling too long got to go and get ready:eek: have a good day everyone0
