Afternoon all

Well they say bad things come in threes and my third has hit knocked my little toe Saturday and it's been achy since well woke up thismorning and my whole toe is black and purple and twice the size it should so I can't even move it.

On plus dd1 not been sick since last night although my poor landing carpet is not lookin too good going to scrub it again when OH gets in.

SIL is sorting thru probs she has gone to CAB today to look into legal stuff etc just need to there for her help her stay strong and stick to her decisions.

Been a vey strange day having only 1 kid at school and 2 at home watched tv most of morning then dd1 had 40mins !!!! In the bath while bubsy slept she bathed while I OCD cleaned the rest of the bathroom lol

Ouch your poor toes sounds really painful, do you think you might have broken it? glad to hear dd hasn't been sick again. I hope the CAB are able to help your SIL.

Temp is ok now thanks, just wish the pain would ease,have to say im very bored now and feel guilty for DH having to do everything.Going to get him to wash my hair later which should be fun

Glad to hear you are doing better don't worry about askin too much of hubby it makes them feel needed and like they can really help. I'm sure he doesn't mind. You must be fed up of daytime tv by now tho lol

You are right there, I fed him good food in return : he cleans/irons/washes up/all the household chores that I can't be bothered to do.;) Cheaper than employing/hiring a maid:D

aww, thanks drivelly pals for my birthday wishes. 49! eek! Im not digging it I can tell you. Ive aged so much the last few years, and so birthdays are bitter sweet. However, had a lovely card from OH telling me Im beautiful (ahhhhh) and a love birds pandora bead so Im happy really.

Also had a lovely birthday to nanna from baby Luca. OMG! He is just the most luscious little soul.

When you read that you love your grandchildren in a different way, you're not sure you understand, as having had children yourself and you love them, you cannot imagine another dimension of love. But he truly madly deeply is adorable. Hes had some jaundice so has been quite sleepy but its passing through now and he has found his voice for times other than fancying a booby snack. He can do no wrong in nanna ally's eyes.

Evening all, just popped on for a quick catch up.
Spent the weekend ill in bed, not the ideal way to spend a birthday weekend, but feeling better now, so hopefully off out for a meal tomorrow, assuming my appetite returns. Think I have lost a few pounds this last few days as have had no appetite, but also no energy!
CM - hope your little one is feeling better now.
Ally - sounds like you have had a wonderful birthday with little Luca.
FT - when is your driving test? Good luck whenever it is.
PM - hope you start to feel better soon. Always good to let DH run around after you. Hopefully he will appreciate it when you will normally be doing it for him!

Evening all, just a quick stop in - been baking most of the evening and pooped now!

PM - glad your temp is down, you must be on the mend if you're feeling bored / frustrated about not being able to do things. Take it easy though and remember, if it was the other way round, you'd be there for OH so try not to feel guilty. x
