Oh poop poop poop

Just logged into eBay to see someone has left me bad feedback twice saying p&p not free!!!!!!! If the didn't want to pay postag why the Carl did they bid and buy !!!! Great that has totally screwed my seller ratings some people are just a nuisance to eBay and they just couldn't careless coz it's all buyer focused now. That's it I am officially giving up eBay so angry now

Topping off a great day school decide at 1.30 to shut so call all parents to collect their kids !!!! Pushing pushchair in 8inch of snow when you can Hardly see where you're going such fun

This really isn't my day today knowing my luck they will be shut tomoz too an they will all have to come too boots with me tomorrow for the sales

Hiya hun

If the buyer has actually said didn't get free postage and you did not offer free postage then the feedback should be removed.

If you phone ebay customer support then it should be removed as will any dsr's they left as they are referring to something not offered in the listing.

Make sure you put that crappy buyer on your BBL hun.

Ebay is a nightmare at the moment

I have used the report button next to the feedback so see what happens but don't hold much hope eBay cs are useless. Buyer is total coward as they bought the stuff back in nov last yr and I even sent them some of their money back for combined postage !!! Then they wait 3 months say nothing to me and just leave bad feedback they have obviously been planning this for months sad bar stewards what is the point gggrrrrrr

Think I'm going to have to treat myself to some little luxury bits at boots tomoz with my points to cheer myself up

On the plus side we have a vey handsome snowman looking in the back window right now lol

Boots sale off for me by the looks as whole of city either gridlocks or closed due to bad roads OH left work 4 hrs ago and still only half way home so I can't justify risking life and my car just to save a few quid it just not worth it.

oH just rang he is only few feet up the road from when he calls at 4pm so no idea when we will see him tonight

I hate the snow just brings everywhere to a stand still

It really is best to phone them via the customer support link. A 10 minute phone call and i bet the feedback would be removed. I don't know of anyone who has had success using just the report a buyer button.

That's one reason why I hate to sell on Ebay. You get lots of idiot asking about P&P when you put collect only, you put UK delivery they bidded & ask to send to European country, You have to send using recorded delivery incase buyer pull a fast one saying did not receive it or damaged on transit etc. I don't need those kind of hassle. That is why I like to be a buyer but never a seller.;)
