    Thank you so much. Yeah we discussed 5% and 10% deposits whilst we sat in the showhome of the development so didn't see it being an issue. We don't have the deposit raised yet but First mortgages said this won't be an issue to some lenders so fingers crossed all goes well on Saturday.

    There are fewer lenders willing to lend 90% on a newbuild house than there are on pre-owned.

    An experienced newbuild broker is unlikely to suggest a lender not likely to lend for your purchase.
