EXPERIENCE AN INCREDIBLE SUMMER AND WIN A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT IN FLORIDA (the “Competition”). TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Competition is open to entrants from UK & ROI (the “ Entrants”). Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry (the “ Entrants”).
2. The Competition is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of River Island or the Provider (as defined below), or their subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the Competition.

4. The Competition will open at 9am on Monday 21st May 2018.

1. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Monday 18th June 2018. All Competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
2. There will be one winner selected by 5.30pm on Friday 22nd June 2018 (the “ Winner”). The Winner will be chosen at random by the Brand Marketing Team. The Winner will be contacted by 5.30pm on Monday 25th June 2018 via email, with details on how to claim their Prize. For full details and terms and conditions of the Prize, please see Schedule 1.
3. The Winner will receive (subject to availability) (the “ Prize”) as more fully set out in Schedule 1.
4. Only one entry per Entrant will be counted as a valid entry, repeated entries of the same Entrant will not be counted as a valid entry. River Island accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
5. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferrable, in particular but non-restrictive to the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available. No alternative prizes or cash alternatives will be provided.

9. The Winner and their Guests may be required to take part in post-event publicity. The Entrant acknowledges that River Island may use entries in post-event publicity. The Entrant agrees that River Island may use their name and town or county of residence to announce the Winner of this Competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Each Winner’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes the grant to River Island of an unconditional right to use the Winner’s name, address (city and county only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and Prize information, statements about the prize draw and/or live and taped performances of interviews for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law (full privacy details at www.riverisland.com/privacy).
10. The name and town or county of residence of the Winner will be available until December 2018 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Marketing Department at River Island’s address indicated at clause 1 above.
11. By submitting an entry the Entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Schedule 1 – The Prize
The Provider (The Walt Disney Company) is providing the Prize one (1) holiday package for up to four (4) persons for seven (7) nights and eight (8) days at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Holidays must be taken and completed by 1st October 2019.
The Prize shall consist of the “ Prize Package Elements” as set out below;
• Up to four (4) round trip economy air fares between the major international airport closest to the Winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA.
• Up to four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express.
• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by the Provider in its sole discretion.
• Up to four (4) 8-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® & Water Parks, Fun & More Options
Any costs incurred in addition to the Prize Package Elements listed shall be incurred at the Winner’s and/or their guests expense including but not limited to: food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, rooms service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs and any other incidental expenses:
Terms and conditions:
• Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Dates in peak holiday periods may not be available. For example, Christmas season.
• The Winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. The Provider must be given a minimum of 45 days to plan and book the Winner’s holiday. The Provider must confirm receipt of the Winner’s booking form 45 days prior to the first travel date.
• The Winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.
• Holiday(s) is/are for the Winner(s) of the competition and three (3) guests of the Winner's choosing.
• Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18+.
• Holiday(s) and holiday components may not be sold, traded, transferred, and rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. Holiday(s) is/are not redeemable for cash.
• If the Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than four (4) guests, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
The Provider, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the running of the Prize draw and/or Competition.
