Mortgage help

I own a property outright with my brother that my daughter has been living in for the past 3 years, my brother now needs his money out of the property. My daughter intends to buy the property but cannot currently get a mortgage for the full value £135k does anyone know of a lender that will provide her with a 50% mortgage to enable her to buy my brother out whilst I retain my 50% until such a time as she can buy me out? I already have a mortgage on my own home so doubt I could do a straightforward joint mortgage with her

If the property is worth £405K and she needs £135K for the brother then you will have to get a joint mortgage with your daughter to retain your interest in the property.
