Hi does anyone know how to get the my money back off a company called Roiteks, I thought I would have a go bidding on Bit Coins, so you are able to do this you have to have deposit money a minimum of £250.00 to a platform so you can bid, there are a number of them but I chose Roiteks, I started to bid but didn't know what I was doing so I lost about £12.00 of the £250.00. I decided this wasn't for me so I ask for my money to deposited back into my account, they said once my account is verified I can close the account, but to verify it, they need a picture of your passport and copy of your card but with the last of your four numbers covered up and and utility bill, I did this but the bill can't be more than 3 months old, but in the mean time I have a man called my account manager keep phoning me trying to get me to put more money in my account so he can bid on oil, but suggesting I max my credit card out, I said I couldn't put my family at risk and I am not in the league as some people he so calls he deals with. I have asked for my money back but he is very pushy and keeps giving speal about making money and why I don't want to make money. He gave me a day or so to think about putting more money in when he called back he said he couldn't understand why I wouldn't go for this, I just kept saying can I get my money back but he kept saying the same old speal to where I was at the verge of crying, I said I am not putting anymore in and his tone changed , he said we will Just go with the £250.00 you have put in and I will call you Monday so we can start trading. The number comes up as a London number but he is in Bulgaria, all I really want to do is get my money back put back into my account, they say I can't until I verify my account properly and give a utility bill less than 3 months old and then it's up to my account manager, does anyone know how I get my money back please?
