What was the name of the Royal Academy of Arts' first full female Academician?
Mary Moser
Angelica Kauffman
Laura Knight

I would guess that the answer they want is Laura Knight.
In 1936 Laura Knight was the first female elected as a full member since the death of Mary Moser.
BUT, Angelica Kauffman and Mary Moser were both Founder Members when the Academy was formed in 1768. As they both became members at the same time, I can't see how either of them can, individually, be the first full female member and would assume that, for some reason, they were not considered "full" members.
Or perhaps the question is wrongly worded.
