Hi,
I'm considering looking for a mortgage to buy a house on a shared equity basis. I have bad credit, but am starting to get myself sorted. Has anyone else been in a similar situation, or bought a shared-equity scheme house??
My bad credit is actually relatively low. I had some personal circumstances that led to my credit becoming a problem, which then escalated!!!
Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated!!
