2nd Nationwide mortgage application

Hello
We are first time buyers and applied for a mortgage with Nationwide back in March 2018 which went through to offer but then my partner lost his job and we had to cancel the application as we couldn't afford the house on my salary alone. We had a 30k deposit and the property was £187,500
He has recently got another job 2.5k less annual salary and we are pursuing with a 195K house (same deposit) and our LTV is 85%.
We just had our AIP agreed on Saturday and have a mortgage application booked for 30th June.
I am just concerned it could get declined due to our first mortgage offer even though we requested it be cancelled. Also, my partner would have just got his first full months payslip at the end of June (we used a partial one for the AIP) and they normally require three months. We have no debt, our bank balances are high (not spending), everything on our credit files looks good and we've been Nationwide customers since we were 16. I'm worried something will go against us! Am I just being paranoid? I don't even know what the survey could bring up yet but the house hasn't had any major modifications.
Thanks
