Satsuma Loans Not Available Funds

New Here!

I applied and had been approved for a Satsuma Loan on Friday, it is now Monday and the funds are still in account balance and not available, my bank Natwest, have said there is nothing wrong with payment, just awaiting clearing,

Does anyone have experience with this and does it actually clear?

Stressing out! Please help!

Stop stressing out and give the Tangerine people a call tomorrow.
  • Hey! Thank you for your reply, I called them today and they passed me to and back between operators and requested I take it to Natwest

    Tangerine people, I like this!

Ok how much was the loan for ?

Was Satsuma loans the only option ?
  • Hey!

£1000, it appears so. I looked around and had been left with little options as many providers were unsure due to me being almost sixty and a director of a company., (at least that is what they suggested)

The funds should clear soon and you will be able to pay the 535% APR in the upcoming months. Your better off handing back the £1000 and asking Natwest for an overdraft.

Credit union? You'll pay through the nose for a loan from Satsuma.
  • Foxy Stoat, I agree! I have the cooling off period and will wait until I apply for an overdraft online with the bank, if all is okay I will call them and throw it back to them!

The wait allowed time to think of how stupid these arrangements are.. their loss I think

I wouldn't worry about them. There are plenty more mugs lining up in the queue for a bit of hot three digit APR action.
