Can you freeze Thai curry paste?

Options
I bought a jar of Blue Dragon Thai Curry paste to make some chicken curry. Expected to use the whole jar, but turns out 1/4 makes 2 portions, so I still have about two thirds left.

It says to use within one month, but I probably won't use it in that time as I've got a portion of today's already in the freezer cooked.

Does anyone know if it is possible to freeze the uncooked paste? I'd obviously move it from a glass jar into something plastic.

I freeze it in an ice cube tray then take out 3 or 4 at a time, that's enough for us. I've never had any problems and have left it in the freezer for ages!
