South western railways

SWR took over the south/southwest train franchise in Aug 2017. Since then the service has deteriorated dramatically. I have used the service for over 15 years and the past 6-9 months are the worst I have ever experienced. I travel on the Weymouth to London line every day for work. Almost everyday the train is delayed in either direction. Whilst the delay repay scheme is in place for 15 mins or above, most of the delays in one direction are on average 10 mins, but aggregated over the day are over 15 mins. But these cant be claimed. On average a week I lose 100 mins due to delays. It is unacceptable that I have to experience this and cant claim anything. I have services stopped mid journey, routes changed that miss my stop regularly. I have valid delay repay claims challenged and it seems anything just over 15 mins fails even when I have photographic evidence of the platform clock. I cant challenge the times they state - are they audited? Is it a Network Rail scam? I have asked but haven't had a response.
The connection I miss at least twice a week because the train is late in. I have complained and they haven't responded with any solution. I just have to bear it as I have no choice. Would any other business get away with this.
The service is abysmal. It was never this bad before. We seem powerless to address this abysmal service that I pay £6k for a year.
This operator should have their contract cancelled immediately.

Should be in Praise, Vent & Warnings (I know there is a question but it seems to be rhetorical).

I don't agree. The service on my line (SW Main Line) has improved, wifi has improved, copndition of trains has improved and the one time I made a claim on delay repay when my train was 22 minutes late I got repaid promptly with no difficulty at all.
Is it a Network Rail scam?

Why would it be a Network Rail scam (if indeed it were a scam at all). The delay repay systems are run by the train companies.

When my train turned out to be cancelled, and several others had been disrupted for some hours (signalling elsewhere), I asked someone to get the next available one to make an extra stop. Initially he said no, but then the stationmaster spoke to me, checked where some were, and issued a request for extra stops on the next one heading my way.

According to some people I could claim compensation for the delay, but I think that would be a bit cheeky in the circumstances.
