I would like to know if anyone here has knowledge of private mortgages
I have a friend who has recently lost her mother. Although the house their mother owned has no mortgage tied to it, two of her daughters are looking to buy out the other two daughters. They are looking to get a private mortgage to do this.
Is this the right move or could it turn into a disaster?
