What will I owe?

I am trying to work out how much my mortgage will be at the end of a fixed rate period.
It is a fixed interest rate, and I am paying in a fixed amount every month.
Now, I am assuming that with everything fixed, the amount owed at the end of the period would also be fixed. Is this not the case?
I spoke to my mortgage company today and they said it was impossible to work out and they can only work out three months in advance.
Is it possible to work this out? How do I go about it?
Thanks.

Plug your numbers into a calculator such as this

If you have a repayment mortgage you will be paying the Interest on the debt each month and a small part of the debt each month.
Over the term of the mortgage say 25 or 30 years you will pay off all the mortgage debt.0
