Personally this is a good deal for me because I needed some basics like leggings for me and boxers for Mr Nerd, and I did two separate orders so I could get one for me and one for my MIL for her birthday as a little treat. 'Worth' is sometimes subjective, but if you can afford it and you'll use it then why not.

No you still have to spend £40 on clothing to get the discounted rate.:)

Ah I see! Thanks for explaining- it would have been pretty cool if it had been a glitch though:D I thought it said though that the price for the box was after discounts were applied- so pleased it's not (though still trying to keep myself away from M&S as I do not need this box and really can't afford £36 on itemsat the moment either!:o) Hope everyone else jumps on this so I don't have to keep talking myself out if it!

Reassure yourself with the certain knowledge that nobody in their right mind would pay those prices.

Even the so-called reduced prices don’t represent real value. £1.30 (let alone £12) for a 50ml hairspray? Really? Who’d pay that when even £1.30 is four times the price of a near-identical product without an overpriced brand label stuck on it.

I had my £40 order delivered and i got this box for £15. Its brilliant however the rest of my order is no good. How doe's that work when you return the rest of the order and want to keep the beauty box? Can this be done? will they charge me the £135?

IDK; some must do for things like beauty boxes to exist (boxes where you get sent about 5 items for £10 to £15 a month- possibly more). It's not my thing at the moment as I'd already had the advent calendar and a lot of what I see is a repetition. Each to their own though, if you're a fan of a specific product and wanted a travel sized option for a holiday or the gym or , it could be really useful.

Can you let me know where you can get a 50ml hairspray for 33p please.

I find this size handy for short holidays when I'm taking only hand luggage.

No problem keeping the box and returning everything else. You’ll not be charged the difference.

I got my box yesterday and absolutely love it. I like having lots of small sizes to take away with me, and I’ve gone on to by full sizes of some of the products I’ve received in previous boxes. I find you have to keep the contents somewhere handy - I stick them all in a large makeup bag on my dressing table, and keep dipping into it throughout the year, having a rummage and finding something else to try. It’s a treat to myself I really look forward to getting. At a pound an item, if there are one or two items i can’t use, I’m happy to pass them on to someone who might make use of them.
