Can't one of you take an hour off work and do it over the phone? You don't both need to go to a branch to do it.
I just spent half an hour on the phone to them checking all nearest branches. Then the lady advised we ring up head office and do it over the phone - they can do evenings as well as weekends. Unfortunately couldn't arrange anything as they need the reference from our DIP which I didn't have to hand. I will ring back again tonight and hopefully we can get one sooner than 30th and we will just take the documents to our nearest branch. I did ask if I could attend an appointment during the week on my own but I was told we both need to be there!0 -
You dont both need to be there. You just both need to be 'contactable' during the appointment.0
