    Take up origami.

    I still get letters to previous tenants from 6 years ago, from opticians, banks, Shell, insurance. If they can't be bothered to redirect (which they didn't even from day 1) I can't be either. Nothing like a bank card has ever arrived - I would be more bothered about throwing away if that happened.

    I throw everything away, have done since Day 1. I set up redirection AND left a forwarding address at my previous address, as did my partner. If they cant be bothered to do the same and/or pay for it, I cant be bothered to help them either.

    2 of their daughters bank cards have arrived, along with p60s and various other junk stuff. Im sure eventually theyll realise!

    Every property I've been at I have returned the mail that was addressed to previous occupiers for six months, after that time all their mail is binned. There has never been a problem.
