DRO and partners car

Hi there.
I've recently gone BR and my wife is now applying for a DRO.
We have a car that I have been allowed to keep in the BR, but will this then be looked at again during my wife's DRO? The car is mine, registered to me etc, so would they see this as her asset to take or not?
Thanks

Hi hbp2008
No need to worry, your car is not taken into account in your wife's DRO. They will only be looking at whether she has a car, and if she does it will have to be worth less than £1000 to qualify for the DRO. She will also have to owe less than £20,000, have less than £1000 of assets and have less than £50 per month spare money to offer her debts.
I hope this helps.
