help to buy mortgage decision

I have a mortgage broker who is assisting with a help to buy. I have a good job but I am looking to eventually relocated to a different area of the country. I do shift work so want to buy the house to live in it for most of the week but when on shift i will stay with a friend. when i complete my training i will then apply for jobs in the same area as the house to make the transition complete. my broker has advised me to get a transfer to the house area but this is not possible as i have 10 months training to complete. I can afford the house and do not want to miss the opportunity to purchase the property in the area i wish to live in eventually. I have a mortgage in principle. The mortgage broker seems to think that without me changing jobs which will mean me not having completed training and not having wage slips then there is only 75 % likely hood it will go through. has anyone else got any advice or have gone through the same to give me some idea of if it will go ahead before i put the deposit down on the house.
