Reclaiming....
Hi all, i have been helping my girlfriend reclaim charges and have now managed to reclaim charges from Barclaycard.
Total asked for £799 + interest total £1065
We said we would accept £799 if paid within 14 days.
Barclaycard refunded £799 within a few days.
We are very happy with that result! :j
We are also trying to reclaim from Black Horse Finance, a loan company. Are Black Horse considered a bank or will we be able to persue our claim? They also mis-sold a PPI policy so we will try to reclaim that as well.
My partner was paying an unbelievable 39.9% on her loan with this company, she thought that an APR was a kind of motorbike and didn't have a clue what the PPI was about!
She was originally sold the loan on her doorstep.
Any advice concerning Black Horse much appreciated!
