Tesco's On-Line Electricals

A big thank you to Tesco's on line from me.
I ordered a Dyson DC14 following advice on here saying Tesco's were the cheapest (they were - I did a bit of research first).
Only I ordered the wrong one
There are 2 types of DC14 one is an all floor and one is for carpets and I didn't realise even though I knew I wanted an all floor
Dyson No 1 turned up within 3 days and we realised my mistake when we looked for the floor adjuster thingy it didn't have. I phoned Tescos customer services and asked if I could swop it. The one I wanted cost a bit extra so I paid that via the phone. They offered to pick No 1 up either 2 days later or 3 days later on the Saturday. I chose Saturday (today).
Today they collected Dyson no 1 and delivered Dyson no 2. No fuss. No emails. Just one phone call and no embarrasment even though the mistake was mine. And the woman at customer services even apologised for her system being a bit slow (it wasn't compared to others I've experienced).
A big :T from me to Tescos.

I live in my own little world. But it's okay. They know me here.
