Typo in Address on offer

Hi,
I just got an offer through a broker from nationwide and noticed a typo in the address.
You can call it 'Address Line 2' that is wrong so to speak. I'm not sure on it's official name but it's a suburb in a city.
The post code is correct as well as the house number and street. Called broker and informed them who said they would amend, I asked if it would cause any issues and they said it would be fine.
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of this with Nationwide? I was assured that the valuation was done on the correct address etc.
95% of me believes the broker but it feels like we've taken so long to get here I'm mildly nervous.
Thanks!

Mistakes happen. Documents should always be checked thoroughly.0

Sure, understand that. Caught it on the first read upon getting the offer today. In your experience is it likely to be a problem?0

I doubt it’ll be an issue if it’s getting fixed now, had it been left to last minute it could delay completion depending on the lender/type of error so I think it sounds like it’s caught in time so don’t worry too much.0

Nope, shouldn't be a problem.
It most probably was an error on either the part of the broker or the nationwide staff, but its easily amended and a fresh new spanking offer will come out the end of the correction!I am a Mortgage Broker.

The address on my offer paperwork was wrong but a phone call and it was sorted though it added 5 days of delay
