O'Neill Patient Solicitors

Has anyone had cause to complain to O'Neill Patient at all? They are an online firm and I am having huge issues with their complaint procedure.

    If you have exhausted their internal complaints procedure, then escalate it to the SRA and/or the Legal Ombudsman

    That 8 weeks is standard practice. It will also be UPTO 8 weeks.
