You do not want him to pay any interest at all for the use of the money, and no fees for making them chase for it?

You can expect his credit record to show this, which means he ought not to look for work in finance when he graduates.

His credit report isn't going to show it forever; a few month at worst as no ccj has been obtained. Once this drops off he would be fine to work in the finance industry if he wanted.

On Legal Eagles, someone suggested sending an affordability complaint and a SAR to Sunny. And a CCA request and a SAR to SSL Capital to find out exactly where things stand.

    Thoughts?

Shall i send the Prove it first or the above

Sorry, just to confirm then. I need to send the "Prove It" Letter too to SLL?

Or shall i just go ahead and send the SAR and CCA to both Sunny and SSL?

Can we deny taking out this loan in the first instance and ask for proof?

My son took out £300 but there is no mention of that on the SLL Letter. They are straight up asking for £988

    Like i said, we'll pay the £300

Why would you even think of this? He took the money he owes it - and there would be interest on the £300 anyway.

His credit file was mentioned and it will show even without a CCJ if he has defaulted.
Aiming to make £7,500 online in 2022

He took £300. We doesn't owe £988 3 months later. That is not an "Affordable loan"
