Mortgage with ccj

Hi all. I received a ccj around 12 months ago (paid off last month in full) and have 4 defaults ranging from 2-4 years ago. All current opened accounts are up to date and current debt is only a 2k overdraft (balance varying) and a credit card (1k limit payed off in full each month). My salary is circa 40k (32 base + commission). I have circa £15k for a deposit. What would my chances be of getting a mortgage and if not how long do I need to wait. Many thanks

You need to really sit down with a broker to do a full assessment, but I would say considering the relatively recent CCJ issuance, you will struggle for a couple of years at least.
Find a specialist broker that deals with adverse credit and they can look to support you furtherI am a Mortgage Broker.
