Starting my first job, how long until I can get a mortgage?

Hi everyone,
I'm starting my first (non self-employed) job tomorrow, I'm wondering if I would be able to get a mortgage straight away without having to wait 3-6 months like I've seen other people post?
I have seen a property I really like, and I'm certain it won't be on the market long (owner wants a quick sale) so I can't wait around.
I have £120k cash and just need to borrow another £80k, ideally I would pay this off in about 2 years.

There are lenders who may look to accept you now subject to credit and affordability etc.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks, just checked my clearscore credit score and it's around 480, do you think that would be reasonable? I'm going to speak to some brokers tomorrow but just wanted to get some information now.
Also are there any issues with paying back a mortgage early? (fees etc)0 -
As above, the score is worthless. Your application will be scored on its merits as a whole.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
