Valuable use of nectar points?

I have £30 worth of nectar points and rarely see any form of boost on these points. The last time was over 6months ago for kids clothes and toys which doesn't suit me.
Is there a good way to get value out of them somehow? I used to do the ebay funds transfer and get half back but it seems this is a thing of the past now.
Any advice much appreciated!

I usually hang on to mine until there is a double up event. They happen maybe twice a year - unless they too are now a thing of the past! Yeah we save up for double up. Last year they only had the one in November, may be the case this year too.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy
