If you press "share" in the bottom right hand corner, then select the second option down, being "share" (again - not the top option, being "share now"), this will then prompt a "share on your timeline" box to pop up. At the bottom of this box, towards the right, there is a box that says "public" with a globe on it. This is a drop-down menu, whereby you can select "friends" or "only me". Hope this helps!0
