Sky aren't interested!...what next?

After having read several threads on here re:Sky Tv and getting a cheaper package - i decided to call them yesterday.
I've been with them since Aug 06 and pay £36/mth. £19 is the 4 mix and the rest is premium sports.
I told them they're too expensive and i want to cancel - i mentioned their competitors being cheaper. They said 'fine, shop around and come back on Mon if u still feel the same way'..
I was hoping they'd offer to knock some ££ off for me to stay with them - but it didnt happen .. so what shall i do now ?

Call there bluff if you cancel sky you can get BBC channels and freeview ones for nothing anyway through your dish. Near Christmas they ring people up and start making offers.

There's very few offers around at the moment for current customers as they've made the new Sky+ boxes so cheap. Plus it's the end of the month.

Call mid month on a Tuesday or Wednesday seems to be the trick to getting the best retention offers

Ask them about their freesat service.
