Giving Back Car

Hi All
I am 18 months through a HP agreement with Advantage Finance. The HP is over 5 years. I need to give the car back. I simply cannot afford to run the car anymore.
What are my options?
I am already on a DMP should I give it back and add it to my list of creditors
