Mortgage Statements

Hi,
So I have now been with the Leeds Building Society for just over one year after transferring my mortgage to them. They do not have an online facility so can monitor my mortgage. I therefore keep track of it myself but I have to estimate the monthly interest amount and thus my record isn't 100% accurate.
I should get a yearly statement from Leeds and this would enable me to update my records. For some reason I did not get this statement. I phoned them up and was told they can not give me a copy of this statement and all I could get out of them was a list of the monthly interest payments (mind you with no year mentioned which makes it hard to understand!).
Is it normal that a mortgage provider can't provide a yearly statement which gives the payments I have made, the interest rate applied and the mortgage amount per month? The Bank of Ireland who I was with previously manged to do this with no problems!

Statements are issued on an annual basis. Would appear yours has gone adrift or in some unopened mail at home. How long ago where they dispatched?0

Leeds said it was February but I have checked all the mail and I couldn't find it. But it seems odd that they can't just send the statement again or email it to me!0
