This is only a savings tip if you are planning to buy one.
I've recently bought a freeview receiver for my pc (plugs in the usb slot). Had seen them in Maplin, asda, tesco for £50, but went to my local computer shop (Glasgow) and got one for £25 (link is to local shop)

Works really well with all the normal freeview channels but with the bonus that you can use your pc as a hard disc recorder (software included), good buy especially with the switchover to digital starting.
You might get similar prices in smaller pc shops.
cheers

I found it okay but you might aswell go for a HDD freeview recorder because this will be a hassle if you want to record a show/film at a certain time. which is fine but youll have to leave the PC on continously.
freeview recorder will turn on and off. trust me this aint worth the hassle unless you want to enjoy a little tv on the pc and dont record much or you go out camping etcSave saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -
The best one available is a nebula one. http://www.nebula-electronics.com/ Unfortunately it has a price to match.0

[FONT="]You might like to try http://www.dealextreme.com there are few different ones priced $20 to $40 US (Approx £10 to £15)with free shipping you pay VIA PayPal. it takes 14+ days to get here. I myself have only placed my first order with them few days ago and have no experience of how good or reliable they are but most items are very reasonably priced.
