Help to Buy ATP

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with H2B.
12th May - posted H2B application (to arrive 15th May)
15th May - e-mailed H2B with updated conveyancer information
16th May - called H2B to confirm they had received the update and that they would be processed together (yes)
21st May - H2B asked for more specific information regarding completion date. Sent within five minutes.
25th May - received ATP. HOWEVER they have input both our current post code AND the post code of the new property incorrectly, AND have used the original conveyancer information rather than the updated.
I have e-mailed back with the corrections but I am concerned I will have to wait ANOTHER four working days for any response, which is frustrating given the errors are on their part, and obviously the ATP has not been sent to the correct conveyancer now.
Has anyone gone through anything similar? Do you know if it is indeed the four days I will have to wait? Frustrating as it's now looking like we will be pushed back another week!
