Brindle Distillery:
Inspired by the past (a local legend) and dedicated to the future, the independent Brindle Distillery offers its celebrated Cookoo Gin – handcrafted and made with ingredients that are locally sourced and grown in the fields that surround the distillery building. As well as using fresh, natural spring water, this signature gin is infused with sustainably and ethically sourced botanicals including juniper, coriander, grapefruit peel, orange peel, oats, almonds, cardamom, chamomile and cinnamon, all of which give the gin it’s unique taste. A stylish Cookoo Copa glass is also offered.
