They are unsalted and not much in the price considering the ones you link to are 160g

In my experience Tesco don't do 'bargains' unless it's a misprice or end of end of line clearance (intentional duplication as their normal clearances are still often more expensive than Aldi/Lidl)

    Lidl - 250g £1.99
    £7.96p/kg

    compared to Tesco
    300g £ 2.49
    £8.30/kg

The big difference being that Lidl will probably have it as a normal everyday price.

I'd echo that - Tesco have special offers from time to time, and sometimes those special offers will produce prices that can match the Aldi/Lidl standard prices.

Most of the time, though, you're just paying around 25% more for pretty much exactly the same thing, produced to the same standards, from the same ingredients, in the same UK factories by the same UK suppliers.

Not everyone has a Lidl / Aldi close by, so this might be helpful for some.

Give them a chance. They are building new stores as fast as they can. :D
