Can you message the vendors direct at all through the Purple Bricks website? Good luck!
Our 'new' house is through Purple Bricks and we've found the EA surprisingly helpful considering I didn't even realise they had agents to begin with :rotfl: she seemed remarkably honest (I hope) at the viewing. Perhaps there's less incentive to maximise purchase price with them.
Our sellers dont have an agent. I assume they got the cheapest package. We can message through purple bricks website but I dont think the vendors ever check it as they never responded before.
The post sales team are useless, dont answer the phone, dont call back and dont respond to emails. I wouldnt buy a house through purple bricks if I had the choice again. They have their fee upfront so no incentive to progress the sale.0 -
