Mortgage application with previous remortgages

We have re-mortgaged our current home twice in the last 5 years to clear some credit card debt and loans, we are in a similar situation again with some debt and would like to move to another house (borrow a bit more as need a bigger house) and be debt free, I have done a decision in principal with a new lender for better rates and its been accepted but will the new lender see we have previously re-mortgaged to pay off debt previously and would this go against us if we were to proceed to buy a more expensive house?
