Mortgage possibly with Bluestone advice please

Hi all

I got accepted in principle for a mortgage with Bluestone in May 2017. I have been on a DMP for 3 years due to divorce currently owe £7000 had one default on my account which I cleared so have 0 in past 12 months. Have car finance currently £2500 left. All debt will be cleared upon sale of property. I have now sold my house subject to contracts and obviously the mortgage offer needs to be processed again. Nothing has changed from when I was first accepted apart from for the past 10 months I have been in and out of my £1500 overdraft doing jobs on the house helping it to sell. Once the sale goes through I am staying with my mum for approx. 3-4 months during this time all debts will be paid and I will not have used my overdraft. Will Bluestone still accept me or will the fact I have used my overdraft affect this. Advice needed as If I am unable to get a mortgage then I won't be selling. I have emailed my mortgage advisor but he is on annual leave until 30th May. Thanks

It should not be the end of the world dipping in to your overdraft.
There may be cheaper options than Bluestone.
