Having been a staunch supporter of european property in recent months and with the cheap prices in berlin for a 2 bed (30k+) i wish to buy a property
can anyone on this board recommend a broker as my mortgage adviser cannot do German mortgages

I own a mortgage brokers and I invest in Berlin property! I have also backed a berlin property company trading in the UK.
Mortgages are possible but very very hard to obtain and you wont get over 70% at best. Its so hard I did even attempt it myself. I khow 2 German mortgage brokers.0
