BOE rate likely to stay until Nov. Will mortgage rates rise despite?

Looks like BOE is not going to rise the base rates in near future.

Does this mean existing mortgage products on the market are unlikely to increase rates? I know there are more then one factor which decides the mortgage rate but the base rate is one of the main factor in this.

Base rate has little to do with the pricing of new products.
That is normally down to swap rates. These are the instruments lenders use to provide fixed rates, trackers etc.
