WIN A SUIT FOR EVERY SEASON COMPETITION

1. ACCEPTANCE: By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to verify any entries and winners and may refuse to award prizes where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 2. TIMING: The overall promotion will run from 09:00 BST Friday 26th April to 09:00 BST Friday 4th May
3. ELIGIBILITY: Each draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Reiss Ltd, its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.
4. ENTRY: Participants can enter via the competition page entry link or in store data capture cards
5. When entering, Participants agree to receive e-mail updates from Reiss and/or selected partners. You may opt out from this through the entry form.
6. INVALID ENTRIES: A limit of only one registration via this website per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted.
7. Entries must be completed by the entrants only at this website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw. The use of any device to automate the registration process is prohibited.
8. PRIZES
   • 1 UK Winner and 1 USA Winner will receive:
     - 4 REISS suits, including a jacket and trouser in styles: Rover, Chilwa, Faith & Mayfair. Any required alterations are not included in the offer.
9. Any costs or items not explicitly set out in these terms are excluded and are the winner!!!8217;s responsibility.Prizes are subject to availability, non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, cannot be sold and no cash alternative is available. We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes may be considered a taxable benefit and the winner will be directly responsible for any taxes payable on their prize. Only one prize will be awarded to each winner.
10. Any prizes provided by a third party may have specific terms. Reiss are not responsible for the performance of any third party regarding their delivery of a prize.
11. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the relevant closing date and time by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
12. Reiss Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that Reiss Ltd has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of Reiss Ltd, any company associated with Reiss Ltd or any brand or product associated with either Reiss or any affiliate company of Reiss Ltd. Reiss Ltd shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.
13. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. WINNER NOTIFICATION: We will the contact the winner by email within 72 hours of the draw closing. We may ask winners to submit valid identification before sending the prize.
15. UNCLAIMED PRIZE: If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then we will be entitled to dispose of the prize as we think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
16. LIST OF WINNERS: You may request the last name and county of any prize winner within one month of the draw closing by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Reiss Ltd, 12 Picton Place, London W1U 1BW
17. PUBLICITY: We may require the winners to participate in publicity or advertising. By entering this competition, you agree that we may use your name and/or image for these purposes and that you will not be paid. A three nights stay for two people in a Junior Suite at the Aguas de Ibiza Lifestyle & Spa, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (no weekends and subject to availability).
