Partners income

Hi guys, could somebody please answer this question for me, will the or ask to see proof of my partners income if it was reduced during my first year undischarged of bankruptcy? The bankruptcy is solely in my name and nothing to with my partner. Would I be able to get a second job to make up the shortfall in our household income?

    Hi Spring17

Others are not obliged to divulge info to the OR. However it would help give the OR greater transparency about the share of the household bills that you personally have to pay. Your partner's not implicated in your bankruptcy, regardless of what information the OR might see about his/her income.

Thanks for replying, so the or won't have an issue with me taking on extra work to cover the difference? I'm really worried about doing something wrong!
