Britannia Parking online appeal proceedure refused access within 28 days period-

Options
I have taken screenshots of this issue which documents the fact and date that I've attempted to go through their appeal process within 28 days of receiving a NTK invoice. However their online site wouldn't allow me to go any further and make an appeal against this PCN.

Does anybody have any advice on how best to proceed from here?

If you can help then this would be appreciated.

Email the BPA with your screenshots and a copy of the PCN and ask them to investigate why Britannia are not allowing appeals online.

Hopefully you have read the NEWBIES THREAD before posting (please do) but may have missed the BPA email address for complaints, which is in the 5th post.

Is yours a postal PCN or a windscreen PCN?

Hi Coupon-Mad, Thank you for responding.

It's a postal PCN. I'll look at the BPA email address for complaints.

Are you well within 28 days from the date on that NTK?

Just sent email to BPA via this address-Thanks for your help.
Based on previous cases with this complaints process, do you know what sort of help/response that I'm likely to get?
How long is it reasonable for me to have to wait for a response?

BPA normally reply within days. They will need to contact Britannia, so agree to that, if they ask.

And if you attached proof of trying to appeal on 20th May and showed them your NTK dated 23rd April then Britannia should struggle to justify why the appeals portal had closed!

The response I got from the BPA was that Britannia Parking couldn't explain why their appeal portal was closed early. I've been given a seven day extension and been asked to email customer services at Britannia Parking (I've been given their email adress).

As the registered keeper I've prepared an appeal response by using the appeal letter in the newbies thread. Is there anything else that needs to be included within my appeal?

Are Britannia Parking usually robust in rejecting appeals like this?

Thanks for your help so far.
